For those of you who DO see this, i would like a simple "I saw it" comment. and of course any questions, ask. But i'm gettign too many people who are saying they dnot know anything when i HAVE talked to people about it. No, not everyone has said this, but specific people i HAVE talked to, are saying it. Only one person who has said it gets the exception.

Anyway, I'm tired of being ignored. SO you wanted the details instead of the simple plan? you've got DETAILS, every single mine-ute and trivial and "well maybe if we have time we'll do this" detail. Even if it doesnt' AFFECT US!!!!


New Hampshire Crew Travel Plans:
1- Thursday- Go to bed early folks, the New Hampshire Crew (consisting of 5 people: Me, paige, jody, spam and ray) will be getting up dammmmmn early (and ray a little earlier) to leave for our trip.
2 -Friday morning, 7am.

• The drivers are Ray and Myself. We are taking two cars for 5 people. Spam will be going with Ray. Jody hasn't decided which vehicle as of yet. I'm assuming Paige will be in my car. We will LEAVE no later then 7am


• If estimates are correct, our two cars will be entering the Cazenovia/Syracuse area in roughly 5 hours from start. Aka - Noonish (depending on Matts Rest Stop Expeditions)


• a half hour out from Syracuse, our two cars (ray following at this point unless who ever is in the car with him decides they don't want to do this and continue on by themselves) will make a small detour to the locale of the Zaia's to say hello and meet the new baby. Let me emphasize here that it is a new baby and we will not be staying overlong. At tops, 3 - 3 1/2 hours.


• if the detour goes according to plan, we will leave at 3- 3:30 to head out towards Syracuse and our hotel


• We arrive at the hotel. I have two rooms under my name and ray has one for himself, so the next step is the two of us doing paperwork and checking ourselves in. After we find out what rooms WE are in, we will then ask if the Long Island Crew (two cars, 5 folks) had arrived and if Julie has arrived and find out what rooms THEY are in.


• We bring our stuff to our room.


• Between 4 and 5 we will - or at least I will - make a trek down to teh shoppingtown plaza/mall to await the arrival of mondojojo


• At this point, we should go in search of food. There is a local Denny's within easy WALK of the hotel


• Lastly, we'll have a few hours to kill. I plan on bringing scrabble and cards. NO MAGIC DECKS AND NO RPGS - my mother will be there and who knows how content to stay in her room she will be...


• VERY LASTLY - AGAIN we should ALL go to sleep early. I wanna get to the gates in time to see the PARADE This year.

That ends friday for New Hampshire.

Details on friday not directly related to New Hampshire folks:
LONG ISLAND CREW of 5 are coming up seperately.

Mom and Adam plan on stopping in Pennsylvania for the American House of Candles. Its a nice trip. I've been there. THey plan on getting to the Red Roof on Friday around 2pm which is check in time. But they are not completely sure.

Snack and Kerry and Rob - Snack Driving - You have directions to the red roof. And if you get there before the NHCREW, at least mom and adam should be there. THey've been warned and you've been warned so you should be able to find them and hang with them till I get there and get the rooms open for you.

SATURDAY:

• Wake up is early. 8am for most of us, for those of us with COMPLEX outfits to put on, I suggest earlier. Faire opens at 10. I wanna be there for the parade. and since this is the first time for at least 5 of you, I think it would be nice for you folks too....SO leave by 9 am


• Traveling to faire: Mom and Adam will be in their own car, since they have to jet early and they don't know when yet. THat leaves 12 of us to fit in the other cars. Ray and I can both get about 5 in our cars, so i figure that means Julie will be driving herself and her friend in her car. That means that if spam is in Ray's car, we have three vehicles that will know how to get where they are going and one that does not. In which case, The other two vehicles do not have to wait for me and my mom. Thats a total of 4 cars to the faire.


• At faire, we have coupons for buy one ticket, next one gets in free. Mom has one for her and adam.
  I have 5, which is enough the NHCREW and the remainder of the LICREW, Julie, i dont have enough for you and your friend or for Spike (who we should be seeing at faire) I'll try to get another set of coupons but....


• We are now at faire, have fun and run around....


• Possibly run into the Brantleys - don't know since i haven't heard from them


• Faire Closes at 7pm. WE will, of course, be there 90 percent of the day, and leave when they kick us out.


• After faire - i suggest folks bring bathing suits and towels. IT IS QUITE POSSIBLE since we'll be running into Spike, that we'll wind up at the lake. You dont' have to swim if you don't want to. And if there are those who'd prefer to go back to the hotel, i'm sure we can work something out.


• after that, Dinner is a must - i wonder if that place we went to in Carousel Mall with the arcade is still open?


• Goodnite folks, saturday is over, no matter what we did between

Now on to SUnday:
Sunday Travel Plans for NH Crew:

• Check out is, I believe, at 10 am. So we will check out. We will stop at Denny's for breakfast (possibility) and then we shall leave, most likely by 11am if we stop for food.


• We travel. No need for ray to follow us if he doesn't want to, esp. if he has spam as company


• SPam, let me remind you that if we leave at 11 am , its only a 5 hour ride. You'll get home WELLLLLLL BEFORE 11pm. You won't miss your job. So taking your own car - i hope youve stopped even thinking about it....


• We're Home

Costs:

The two rooms at the Red Roof Inn that i have gotten for:
Myself, Kerry, Rob, Snack, Spam, Jody, Paige and James
will cost $20 dollars per person.

Time:
My mother and Adam are staying for two days: friday and saturday.
The rest of us are staying for two and a half days: Friday, saturday and sunday morning.

Paige and Ray both have cells. I have both their numbers. Snack and Mom AND the Zaia's have Paiges number.
